Check the code on your vial
Every vial we release gets its own code, used once. Enter it to see the batch record: what is in the vial, when it was made, and the purity result for that batch.
Why we show the check count
Copying one real label onto a run of vials is the cheapest way to fake a brand. Against that, a single code proves little on its own, so the answer also tells you how many times it has been entered. On a sealed vial you have never checked, a count above zero is worth asking about.

Find the code
Printed on the vial label, under the batch number. Twelve characters in the form AXN-XXXX-XXXX.

Enter it here
Dashes, spaces and lower case make no difference. The letters O and I do not appear in our codes; what looks like one is a zero or a one.

Read the answer
You get the batch, the dose, the manufacturing date, the purity result, and whether the code had been entered before.
No code on the label, or the answer does not look right? Write to us with a photo of the vial and we will trace the batch.
