How it works
Carries copper into tissue and signals fibroblasts to rebuild the extracellular matrix: collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans. It also moderates the inflammatory phase of healing rather than only speeding it up.
Dosage
Used topically after microneedling, or subcutaneously at 1–2 mg. Protect the reconstituted solution from light.
Side effects
Mostly local: temporary redness or stinging at the application site. Copper accumulation is the concern with prolonged high-dose use.
