How it works
A selective ghrelin receptor agonist. It triggers a pulse of growth hormone from the pituitary that mimics the body’s own rhythm, instead of flooding the system continuously.
Dosage
Typical research use is 200–300 mcg, one to three times daily, often before sleep when natural GH release peaks.
Side effects
Mild and uncommon: transient flushing, headache, slight water retention. Tolerance is generally better than with older secretagogues.
