How parcels are packed
- Vial only
- No retail carton. The label carries the substance, the dose, the batch and the code.
- Cushioned
- Each vial sits in padding cut to its size, so nothing moves or knocks against anything else in the parcel.
- No light
- Parcels are opaque and sealed. A vial in transit sees no daylight and no UV, with or without a carton.
- Temperature
- Lyophilized powder is stable at ambient temperature and needs no cooling in transit. Storage conditions for the compound are kept from warehouse to courier.
- Seals intact
- Stopper and crimp are untouched from batch release until the vial is opened.
- Documents
- Each shipment is tied to the batches it contained, so a vial can be traced back later.
Does the missing carton matter?
No. A vial is protected by its glass, stopper and crimp, and in transit by the padding around it. Cardboard adds neither. Light is not a concern either: the parcel itself is opaque, so nothing reaches the vial that a carton would have blocked.
Tracking your own order
The tracking number comes by email when the parcel is handed to the courier and is shown on your order page. If you bought from a shop rather than from us, the shop has the tracking.
