Questions and contact

Answers to what we get asked most: orders and payment, products and storage, shipping and markets, wholesale terms, batches and codes.

Authenticity

Codes, batches and what to do when an answer looks wrong.

On the label, under the batch number. Twelve characters in the form AXN-XXXX-XXXX. The alphabet has no letter O and no letter I, so anything that looks like one is a zero or a one.

In most cases it is you checking it earlier, or the shop checking it before dispatch. It is worth reporting when you have just unsealed the vial yourself and never entered the code. Send us the code and a photo of the label and we will look at the batch and at the check log for that code.

First re-enter it: a mistyped character is the usual cause, and O and I never appear in our codes. If the code is exactly as printed and still unknown, the vial did not come from us. Send us a photo of the vial and the label and tell us where it was bought.

Every vial we release carries one. A vial without a code either predates our current labelling or did not come from us. Send a photo and we will tell you which.

It is the result of the purity test on that specific batch, recorded when the batch was released, and it describes the contents of the vial at the time of testing. It says nothing about effects, and nothing about how the vial was stored after it left us.

Yes. Send the batch number and we will confirm the substance, the dose, the manufacturing month, the shelf life and the purity result on record for it.

Price and packaging

What the vial comes in, and what that means for the price.

Mostly packaging. A carton, an insert and a printed sleeve cost money per unit and get thrown away on opening, so we do not make them. We also sell direct to shops, with no distributor in between.

It is the same substance other manufacturers supply. What we control is the testing behind each batch, and those records are published here rather than quoted on request.

The vial, with a label carrying the substance, the dose, the batch and a code. Everything a carton would have told you is on it, and the batch record behind it is published.

No. A vial is protected by its glass, stopper and crimp, and in transit by the padding around it. Cardboard adds neither, and parcels without a carton are flatter and less obvious.

Each vial travels in cushioned packaging cut to its size, so it does not move or knock against anything. Seals are the ones from batch release and stay untouched until the vial is opened.

The parcel is opaque and sealed, so a vial in transit sees no daylight and no UV. A carton would have blocked nothing that the parcel does not already block.

Yes. Stock is held and shipped within the conditions each compound calls for, from warehouse to courier. Lyophilized powder is stable at ambient temperature, which is why it needs no cold chain in transit.

To shops, yes. Our own label is nine compounds, which rarely covers a shop, so we supply other manufacturers out of the same warehouse and in the same shipment. Send the list of what you are missing.

Yes. We pick, pack and send straight to your customer in your name, with nothing of ours in the parcel. You keep the customer and the margin and hold no stock. Terms are agreed per account.

Products

Presentation, storage and reconstitution.

As the vial only, without a retail box. The label carries the substance, the dose, the batch and the code, so nothing is lost with the carton, and the parcel is flatter without it.

Sealed vials of powder keep at room temperature away from light for short periods, and refrigerated for longer storage. Once a peptide has been reconstituted it goes in the refrigerator and is used within the window for that compound.

Bacteriostatic water: sterile water preserved with 0.9% benzyl alcohol. The preservative is what allows the same vial to be entered repeatedly over weeks. Plain sterile water does not.

Slowly, down the inner wall of the vial rather than straight onto the powder, then swirl. Do not shake: vigorous mixing damages the peptide.

The figures from the batch test are what the code lookup returns. If you need the underlying document for a specific batch, ask us for it by batch number.

The prices in our shop are for single orders. Shops that stock the range buy on wholesale terms and set their own retail prices.

Orders and delivery

Paying, tracking, and what to do if something is wrong.

By card or with crypto. After you place the order, the order page lets you choose. Card opens a Stripe payment page: enter the amount exactly as shown, in euro, and when you have paid, press “I have paid this amount” so we can match the payment. Crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH, Binance Pay) opens the Payerurl page, and the order updates by itself once the network confirms the payment.

Each card payment has an upper limit on our side. A larger order is split into two or three payments, each with its own button. The order goes to packing once all parts are confirmed.

Switch the currency to EUR on that page before paying. Stripe picks a currency from your location, and a payment in another currency will not match the order amount.

Card payments we match by hand, usually within a few hours on working days. Crypto payments confirm automatically once the network confirms the transaction. Either way you get an email, and the order page updates.

The tracking number comes by email when the parcel is handed to the courier, and it is also shown on your order page. The link to the order page is in your confirmation email.

Write to us with the order number and a photo of what arrived. If a vial is involved, add the code from its label.

Yes, until the parcel is handed to the courier. Write to us with the order number and the new address.

Online orders go to the EU, the United Kingdom and Switzerland; the list is in the country field at checkout. Other countries by arrangement. What may lawfully be imported where you are is for you to check before ordering.

Shipping and markets

Where stock goes, how long it takes, what crosses a border.

The European Union as the core market, plus the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Beyond that we have supplied Turkey, Israel, India, Saudi Arabia, Moldova, Bosnia and the United States, but those shipments are agreed one by one. The full list is on the Shipping page.

Five to seven working days inside the EU, seven to ten to the UK and Switzerland, counted from payment confirmation.

No. Lyophilized powder travels at ambient temperature. Refrigeration matters after reconstitution, not in transit.

Inside the EU there is no customs. For the UK and Switzerland the receiver is the importer: import rules differ by country and change without notice, so check them before ordering.

Ask. Some markets we will not ship to at all, others need paperwork from your side first. We would rather say no early than leave a parcel stuck.

For shops

Stocking the range and working with us.

Write to us with your domain, the markets you cover and how you handle storage. We take on few new sellers and run no open wholesale programme, so expect questions rather than a price list by return.

No. You can check a specific domain on the Sellers page and get a yes or no, but we do not publish the directory itself.

Codes are issued by us per vial before dispatch and are not transferable. Stock bought from us already carries them.

No fixed floor. The working size is agreed per account, and first orders are deliberately small while both sides see how it goes.

Per account, by volume and by market. We confirm them in writing and do not publish a general price list.

Prepayment on the first orders. Terms beyond that are discussed once there is a history.

Not by default. If it comes up, it is a separate conversation with volumes attached.

Planned, not live. If you need it for your shop, tell us what you would call and we will say where it stands.

Legal and data

What the products are, and what this site records.

Our products are supplied for laboratory research. They are not medicines, they have no marketing authorisation and they are not intended for human or veterinary use. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

That depends on your jurisdiction and it is the buyer’s responsibility to check. We cannot advise on local law.

Orders are kept with the details needed to ship and account for them. Code checks are logged with the code, the time, the IP address and the browser string, because the check count is part of the answer. Messages sent through this page are kept so we can reply. Visits are counted without cookies, and there are no advertising pixels. The full list is on the Privacy page.

Still need us?

Messages go to the people who handle orders and keep the batch records, not to a call centre. Add the order number if your question is about an order, and the code from the vial if it is about a specific vial.
