What this site is

This is the website of Axen Labs, a producer of peptides supplied for laboratory research. It describes our products, sells them, and lets you look up a vial by its code or a shop by its domain.

Purchases made from shops we supply happen on the shop’s own site, under that shop’s terms. The terms of sale below apply only to orders placed on this site.

Orders and prices

Prices are in euro per vial. Shipping is €25 per order and free from €450 of products. The total on the checkout page is the amount you pay.

An order is a request to buy. It becomes binding when we confirm the payment. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we tell you and refund what you paid for it.

Payment

Payment is by card on a Stripe page or in crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH, Binance Pay) through Payerurl. A larger card order may be split into several card payments, which must be made in euro and in the amounts shown on the order page.

A crypto payment counts as complete once the network confirms it and at least 90% of the order amount has arrived; a shortfall is settled with you before the order ships.

An order that is not paid within 48 hours may be cancelled.

Delivery

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates counted from payment confirmation. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

Returns and faults

Sealed vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Once a vial’s seal is broken it cannot be returned, since we cannot resell it or vouch for its storage.

If something arrives damaged, missing or not as ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and a photo, and we will sort it out with you.

Research use only

Our products are supplied for laboratory research. They are not medicines, they have no marketing authorisation, and they are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a dosing recommendation. Where we describe a mechanism or quote a dose from published research, we are reporting the literature.

What may lawfully be bought, held and used depends on the buyer’s jurisdiction, and checking that is the buyer’s responsibility.

Verification results

The verification page reports what our records say about a code at the time of the check. A result of genuine means we issued the code and it matches the batch shown.

It says nothing about the condition of the contents. A code establishes origin, not storage: a genuine vial kept badly is still genuine. Treat the result as evidence of source, not a guarantee of quality on arrival.

We log every check, including failed ones, with the IP address it came from. This is how attempts to work through codes at random are detected.

Authorised sellers

We do not publish the list of shops we supply. The seller check answers for one domain at a time, and reflects our records on the date of the check. A negative answer does not mean the shop is selling counterfeit stock; it means we did not supply it and cannot say where its stock came from.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any seller, for their prices, their shipping or their handling of customer data.

Accuracy and changes

We correct errors in product information when we find them. Specifications, the range and the seller list can change without notice.

These terms may be updated. The version on this page is the one in force. If translations differ, the English version applies.
