Every vial carries a code. Enter it to see the batch behind it: substance, dose, manufacturing date and the purity result for that batch.

Common questions
The label carries the substance, the dose, the batch and the code, so a carton adds nothing you need. Without it the price is lower and the parcel is flatter. Protection comes from the glass, the stopper and the padding around them, and parcels are opaque, so no daylight reaches the vial.

On the vial label, under the batch number. Twelve characters in the form AXN-XXXX-XXXX. The alphabet we use has no letter O and no letter I, so anything that looks like one is a zero or a one.
Usually not. In most cases you checked it yourself earlier, or the shop checked it before sending. Write to us if you have just unsealed the vial and have never entered the code: send a photo and we will trace the batch.
